You are able to edit cases any time in 3Shape LMS as long as it has not been invoiced. If it has been invoiced, you will need to delete the invoice first.
Editing cases can happen from the case record, or the actions gear from your case search results or manufacturing manager.
To edit a case:
1) Search for case > Actions > Edit case
2. Or, from a list of case records, use the action gear to select "Edit case"
2) Make changes/adjustments then click "Update"
3) Input the reason for changes then click "Save"
