Setting a default couriers for clients

You can assign a default shipping method, or courier, for each client, so that when their cases are shipped, the default courier (i.e. UPS, Local, Jim's route) automatically shows for all shipments.

You can customize couriers in the Shipping settings. For instructions, click here.

 

1) Client > Client Profiles > Client List

 

 

2) Scroll down to the bottom of the client list and select View: "All"

3) Select clients you would like to assign to a courier

4) Click Settings > Default Courier

5) Select courier and click "Apply"
