Rolling back a statement

If you make changes to invoices or payments after monthly statements have been created, you must roll back (undo) the statements and then recreate them in order for the changes to be updated on the statement.  Statements highlighted that need to be rolled back are highlighted in red.

 

1) Go to > Billing > Statements

 

 2) Click Rollback

 

3) Click "OK"
