Adding an item to your product catalog

This article will show you how to add an item/restoration to your product catalog in 3Shape LMS. Please note: The item name will appear exactly the way it is inputted on your invoices.

 

Go to  Settings > Product Catalog > Items > Edit

1) Click "New Item"

2) Enter the name of the restoration and select a design group

3) OPTIONAL: Select a schedule, or more than one schedule, making sure one is the default (the schedule automatically selected in case entry).

4) OPTIONAL: If there are materials that you would like to be default linked to this restoration, click "Add" in the materials section. Then click "Update."

*Note: Materials and alloys are created in Materials Management, not in the Product Catalog. fixed_restoration_5.jpg

 

5) The price screen will pop up automatically.  Enter the price, and any custom pricing if you want it.  Then click "Update."

*Note: Leaving the "New Price" box empty sets the price at zero. If you don't want the item available on certain Pricebooks, uncheck the "Active" box for those Pricebooks.
