This article shows you how to create an enclosed items list, add instructions as needed, and order the list. Your list will be visible during case entry, and choosing something from the list can be required. To learn how to make enclosed items a requirement, Click here.
1) Settings > Case > Case Entry Display > Enclosed Items List > Edit
2) Click "New Item"
3) Enter name and comment (optional)
4) Drag and drop to re-order and click the actions gear to edit
