Adding a credit or debit card

If you are using Stripe to process credit & debit cards through 3Shape LMS, you can email a request for the card information and a secure link to enter it, from the new payment window. The link is good for 24 hours. The card information will be kept on file for future use.

Note: The information is not stored on 3Shape's servers. 3Shape does not have access to this stored credit card information. 

 

To add credit cards, there must be an Office email address in the Client Profile

 

1) Go to Billing > Payments > New Payment

2) Enter client and select "Add Card"

 

3) In the pop-up, click "Send email" to send your Client a secure link to enter their card information.  

 

4) Confirmation the request was sent. The link is valid for 24 hours. 

 

 5) Notification if email is missing from the client's "Office address"
