Consolidating invoices by client

This article will show you how to consolidate invoices by client. 

Consolidating will combine multiple cases onto the same invoice (instead of one invoice per case).  Before you can create a client invoice, you must create/approve all individual invoices for that client.

 

1) Go to Billing > Invoices.

2) Under the Actions button, choose "Consolidate by client"mceclip2.png

3) Click the check boxes of the client(s) whose invoices you want to consolidate.  If you'd like to choose which unpaid invoices to consolidate, click the client(s)' name in blue.

4) After choosing at least two invoices, click the Consolidate button

5) Then Click "Okay" in the pop-up box

6) An orange triangle in the invoice list indicates a consolidated invoice
