With five total tabs, the client profile helps which help categorize information and settings making it easier to find.
Office tab: Displays general client information such as shipping address, office hours, primary contact, doctor and staff names as well as a section for you to add notes. *Note: If you're using integrated credit card processing, the link to enter payments is sent to the "Office" email
Activity tab: Shows the recent activity in cases and units as well as a case and shipment summary for the last year (365 days). For loading time purposes we limit the case and shipment summary to one year but you can search for more outside of the client profile.
Billing tab: Change billing address, input invoice/statement emails for clients, (this is dependent on your plan) as well as set tax rates and checking pricelists. Setting invoice/statement payment terms as well as statement format is done on this tab.
Sales tab: View number of cases submitted for the previous 4 weeks as well as assign a sales lead and prospect notes. Please note sales lead and prospect notes are only available for the Enterprise plans.
Settings tab: Set default tooth numbering system, language, and default courier (including transit time). Pop-up Screen Prompts is a custom text box that will display text in a green banner at case entry, invoice edit/creation, or payment creation pages.
